Specialist Murex

We are looking for an experienced Murex Support / Market Risk Specialist with strong functional and technical knowledge of Murex v3, particularly within Market Risk (MRB).

The role focuses on supporting, configuring, and operating Murex services while working closely with Risk users and functional teams on both BAU support and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Murex Platform & Application Support

·       Provide global support for Murex v3 installations and environments

·       Manage start/stop of Murex services and monitor system stability

·       Support application services, standard menus, and log analysis

·       Handle incident management, including opening and tracking cases with the Murex vendor

·       Provide support for end-of-day (EOD) processes and batch operations
