Responsibilities

  • To hold up the stable operation of the Core Services Applications
  • To handle and solve Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems

Key Activities

  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for Core Services Applications (which are: IPAM, F5-Loadbalancing, Cisco ISE, RSA 2fA, DHCP, DNS internal & external, NTP, Splunk)
  • Handle Requests, Incidents, Changes and Problems in production network environment
  • Support various projects related to the Core Services Applications
  • Communicate with different internal departments as well as external companies and vendors
  • Participate in on-call support for those products (this includes nights, weekends and public holiday)
  • Working arrangement during EMEA hours, 3PM - 12AM Malaysia time.
  • IP related protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, ICMP etc.)
  • Linux (experienced in using the commandline)
