As a Specialist in Operational Capacity Management within System Operations, you play a crucial role in monitoring and managing the short-term (0–48 hours) capacity of the electricity grid. You’ll work in a highly automated environment where your actions help prevent overloads and ensure grid safety. Your work is essential to building a smart, reliable, and future-proof energy network.

Monitoring the grid and intervening when human action is required in an otherwise autonomous system.
Interpreting data from the GAAS platform to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
Handling incidents in collaboration with control rooms, experts, and customers.
Defining alarms and configuring dashboards to enable timely responses to anomalies.
