Your role as Specialist, Operations. Reporting to the Manager, Operations within our Primary Care Operations, the mission of the Specialist, Operations is to continuously improve Dialogue’s Primary Care Program by supporting the development of its key growth and member experience initiatives as well as lead the implementation and analysis of various continuous improvement initiatives to improve the operational efficiency of Dialogue’s operations as well as provider experience.
