About a role:
Proper and transparent execution of payroll and personnel administration tasks. Ensuring accurate monthly payroll and travel expense accounting. Audit-proof management of payroll documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all HR tasks, including ongoing payroll preparation for a defined group of employees
- Execution of necessary entries in SAP via manual input, batch, or interface procedures
- Review of payroll results based on logs and outcomes of payroll runs and booking results
- Payroll control and ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations
- Responding to inquiries and advising employees on HR matters (payroll, social security, taxes, labor law)
