The Team

At S&P Global, the team manages programs and initiatives that span across functions, businesses, and geographies to achieve strategic objectives. Creates project plans and monitors projects through governance structures. Manages relationships, resolves conflicts, and facilitates and manages the political aspects of stakeholder management. Develops business strategies, techniques, and tools to identify barriers to success and facilitate prevention strategies. Enables clients to improve ROI, profitability, market position and/or transform their operations/business.
