Background

i) Educational Qualification

Essential:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engg. from reputed Polytechnic/ Institute
  • Minimum 60 % marks
  • Should have been consistent & secured good percentage throughout academics (SSC, HSC (if appeared) etc)

    Job Role & Responsibilities

    Role:

  • Designing / Modelling of engine parts like crankcase, covers, gears, forks, shafts, clutch, and levers, etc.
  • Ability to build models with relevant manufacturing methodology, Peripheral constraints.
  • Knowledge of Engine to Vehicle Interface w.r.t. Transmission, Crankcase, Lubrication, Cooling and Sealing systems Parts
  • Knowledge of Forged, Casted and Sheet Metal Modelling.
  • Basic know-how about Design Guidelines, DFMEA, DVP, Quality documents.

    • Technical/ Functional:

  • Knowledge UG Nx – 3D Modelling, Surface modeling, Assembly, Drafting
  • Basic Knowledge of Team Center
  • Basic knowledge of GD & T, DFS, DMU, DFM, Basic Quality standard
  • Creativity
  • Good communication skill
