We are looking for a Safety Specialist to champion proactive risk reduction, support frontline leaders, and strengthen our site-wide safety culture at our aluminium smelter located in Kitimat, BC. You will monitor incident trends, lead root cause analyses for high‑potential events, support audits, and coach leaders on the implementation of corporate safety programs.
