This role will serve as the Scrum Master and Agile delivery leader for Amgen's Global Supply Chain Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a technology-driven industry. The Scrum Master is a leader and coach who facilitates, processes, and supports teams in delivering value. The candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, strong facilitation skills, and experience working across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of business-critical solutions. This person will guide teams through Scrum practices, coach stakeholders, and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery cycles. The role involves facilitating communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment with the program vision, managing risks and dependencies, and driving relentless improvement. They help adapt SAFe to the organization's needs, standardizing and documenting practices.
