Looking for Technical lead role who can be a single point of contact at offshore,
- He should collaborate daily with client SPOC
- delegate tasks to team, lead the team. Prep the team members and train them.
- should show sense of ownership and complete accountability.
- Qualities should be committed, focused, sharp, and able to interact with good interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with the following tools: JAVA, REST, Spring, Hibernate, Maven, Docker/Containers, AWS, Relational Databases, JMS/messaging
Benefit to have experience with: Kotlin, React, Kubernetes, MongoDB / NoSQL, Kafka
- Experience in Data Concurrency and DB transactional programming
- Agile proficiency
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expertise with Continuous Integration concepts and tools
- Familiarity with entertainment industry is a plus
