Specialist - Training

Join Macmahon as a Specialist Roving Trainer & Assessor, reporting to the Surface Mining Training Superintendent. This role partners with operational leaders and site trainers to deliver targeted training solutions that improve safety, compliance, and performance. You'll design, develop, and deploy programs-including Certificate III in Surface Extraction-aligned with the VET Quality Framework, Macmahon governance standards, and mining legislation. The position is predominantly site-based, involving frequent travel to FIFO and DIDO sites across WA, with some time at the Perth head office.
