Responsibilities:
Engage enterprise customers across diverse industry segments to drive adoption of Mendix’s low-code platformDevelop and manage strategic sales accounts, building strong relationships with senior executives to deliver business value Drive pipeline generation and qualification in collaboration with channel partners, ensuring consistent growth and opportunity creation Lead complex sales cycles, including negotiations and procurement, while aligning internal and external stakeholdersCommunicate Mendix’s differentiated value proposition at both technical and business levels to accelerate decision-making Analyze market feedback and customer insights to inform product strategy and roadmap developmentNavigate formal and informal buying processes, identifying key decision-makers, influencers, and approvers to mitigate risk and increase deal confidence Collaborate cross-functionally with extended teams to ensure seamless execution across all stages of the sales process What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of enterprise software sales experience (SaaS or PaaS), with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and performance targetsExperience selling into large enterprisesFamiliarity with the Financial Services Industry (FSI)Demonstrated ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, especially at the C-suiteExperience managing complex sales cycles and coordinating cross-functional teamsStrong strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualificationHigh energy, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset Ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively Benefits
