Specialized Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Specialised Accountant to join our growing Logistics Company in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for Expense coding, variance analysis, budgeting, and supporting decision-making through data analysis. This role plays a key part in helping the company understand its financial performance and drive profitability.

This is a fully remote - Work from Home Opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner
• Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and GL coding compliance
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and execute weekly/monthly payments (EFT, checks, wire transfers)
• Maintain organized AP files and support audits with documentation
• Assist with month-end closing (accruals, reporting, reconciliations)...
