Specials Project/Operations (COO's Office)

ServAuto is rapidly expanding across workshops, partner platforms, and new service categories. We are looking for an Operations Lead (Chief of Staff) / COO's Office who acts as the COO’s execution partner — someone who can drive new projects, coordinate teams, solve operational issues quickly, and turn plans into smooth, on-ground execution.

This is not a routine admin or SOP-only role.

This is a project-driven, action-focused leadership role that ensures ServAuto’s strategic initiatives are delivered on time and at high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate COO’s directives into clear project plans with timelines and deliverables.
• Drive cross-functional execution for major initiatives (e.g., Carsome collaborations, new service categories, new partner workshops, new product rollouts).
• Track progress daily and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
