A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Workday Developer.




Position type: Contract

Duration: 9 months with possible extension

Location: Charlotte, NC



As a Workday Developer you will:

  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted larger scale or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function policies procedures and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.


    • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience in Workday Extend and Workday Studio development experience.
  • Experience in Building new app in WD Extend supporting workforce development / management.
  • Will be working alongside existing product team.
  • Experience in Workday HCM.
  • Experience in Workday Reporting.

    PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

    Pay Range*: $80 - $85 per hour

    *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
