PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Execute the sales and marketing strategy within a designated area or customer segment, with a strong focus on specification and technical requirementsDrive the development and growth of sales for a portfolio of both existing and newly introduced technical building products, particularly for concrete structures, ensuring these products meet specification standards and project requirements KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and drive the growth and performance of all sales activities within the assigned marketDevelop business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, and maintaining strong client relationshipsIdentify and evaluate business prospects by researching and analysing sales optionsSell products by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects, and recommending tailored solutionsAchieve sales targets and objectives as set by the organizationProvide ongoing support, information, and guidance to maintain client relationshipsIdentify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings by staying informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor activitiesPrepare detailed reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing relevant informationUphold quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standardsEnhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reviewing industry publications, building professional networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in promotional eventsContribute to team success by achieving related results and supporting team objectivesIt is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope covers all Specification related responsibilities Your duties will also extend to other departments as and when requiredThe management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not computed in this job description KEY STAKEHOLDERS
