Specifications (WATER PROOFING)

  • Engage with AIDs and IDs and introduce and secure Pidilite Interior solutions specifications.
  • Ensure Pidilite interior solutions are specified in major projects by effectively demonstrating technical and commercial advantages.
  • Build strong professional relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term specification opportunities in the AID and ID firms
  • Classify accounts as per the relationship index criteria.

Specification to Work order Conversions

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure specifications translate into confirmed orders and business growth.
  • Provide sales teams with insights on specifications, helping them strategize for higher conversion rates.

AID and IDs Outreach

  • Independently conduct technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations for AIDs and IDs
  • Achieve desired number of active AID and ID Accounts actively specifying out of total number of Architects handled.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Keep track of competitor specifications and analyse trends in AID and ID segment,
  • Identify specification gaps and suggest corrective actions to improve market positioning.
  • Share real-time feedback with reporting seniors for product innovation and competitors refined / new approach with AIDs and IDs

Self-Learning & Capability Enhancement

  • Stay updated on latest product developments, industry trends, and technical advancements to remain a trusted resource for stakeholders.
  • Participate in training programs and skill-building initiatives to enhance technical and consultative expertise.
  • Develop strong internal connections within the sales team across divisions to leverage specification success and Specs to Sales conversions.

Engagement Activities

  • Plan and execute Lunch & Learn sessions with AIDs and IDs
  • Conduct small and medium workshops (training sessions) for AIDs and IDs

Cross-Divisional Coordination

  • Maintain structured reports on specification achievements, project conversions, and engagement efforts.
  • Actively participate in review meetings with cross divisions to track progress and contribute to spec to sales decisions

Governance

  • Actively participate in internal reviews conducted in the region as per the laid down process.
  • OAAP/MIS to be made and submitted on time and as per index
