We are looking for support in the International Sales department for our Verl site as soon as possible.Specification Specialist (m/f/d)
This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with architectural firms, promoting our door products, and providing technical guidance on projects. The candidate will have a solid understanding of the architecture and construction industries, proven experience working directly with architects and engineers.Key Responsibilities:
Project Support: Advise architects and specialist planners on product specifications and applications, ensuring alignment with project requirements and design aesthetics, write product specification and set up door schedules
Technical Expertise: Provide technical insights on the application of door solution products, assisting with integration in various architectural projects
Client Engagement: Develop and maintain close relationships with architectural firms, specialist planners (even with a focus on data centers) and consultants to promote our product offerings, with a particular focus on steel hinged door and steel gate solutions
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience to clients and support their project needs
Presentations & Training: Conduct presentations and training sessions for architects and design teams to increase brand awareness and product knowledge, with a special focus on steel hinged door and steel gate solutions
Requirements:
Completed technical education or a degree in engineering
Proven experience working with architects, architectural firms and specialist planners
In-depth knowledge of architectural products, with a focus on construction elements (ideally steel doors) or related technical expertise
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly
Excellent language skills in English (min. level C1)
Excellent skills with Excel
Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend project meetings as necessary
