Specification Writer

Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Specification Writer to work closely with the company's team of design professionals on a variety of exciting project types which may include science and technology, commercial office, higher education, and performing arts.


Required:

Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) certification is preferred.

Architectural license a plus but not required.

5 to 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in specifications development.

Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.

Strong communication skills.

Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficiency in specifications software programs such as Speclink preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
