SPED Teacher Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead your assigned classroomCreate and implement lesson plans based on IEPs, BIPs, and supplemental plansCollaborate with service providers (OT, PT, speech, etc.) to support each student's progressParticipate in ARD meetings and complete required special education documentationTrack and report academic and behavioral dataMaintain student ratios, coordinate daily schedules, and assist with hygiene as neededPrepare and reset classroom daily; support student arrival and dismissalFoster a structured, compassionate, and engaging learning environment
