Position Overview:
The School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting student evaluations and delivering therapy services in alignment with each student’s individualized plan of care and applicable physician orders. This role supports communication, language, and swallowing needs to promote student success in the educational environment.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of assignment (required)
+ CCC-SLP preferred; may be required by state or contract
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray, as required)
+ Current health certificate per state/contract regulations
