Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Delhi NCR. The Speech Language Pathologist will work with individuals experiencing speech, language, and communication challenges, including addressing speech disorders, dysphagia, and language-related issues. Key responsibilities include assessing clients' needs, developing personalized therapy plans, conducting treatment sessions, documenting progress, and working collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy, with a focus on providing treatment and support for speech and communication disorders.
• Expertise in addressing Speech and Language Disorders, including strategies for improving verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Experience in managing and providing guidance for individuals with Dysphagia and related conditions.
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills in relation to Communication and Language Disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Relevant certifications or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for supporting clients’ development and improving quality of life through personalized care.
