Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities We are seeking a Consistent Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist team member to provide coverage for full-time staff during vacations, leaves of absence, and to support evaluations and treatment of our participants. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a flexible schedule. We are looking for a candidate who can provide at least 2 days of coverage per week at our Denver Metro locations . The Speech Language Pathologist provides clinical speech therapy evaluation and treatment for program participants on an acute, restorative and/or maintenance level per InnovAge policies and other regulatory guidelines. Participates in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assigned. Participates with all other health care personnel in patient care planning.
