Speech Language Pathologist

Position:- Speech Language Therapist Location:- Culver City, CA Full-time/Onsite Role Monday To Friday Role & Responsibility • Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and participant needs. • Provide direct therapy services to individuals with speech and language disorders. • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to support participant goals. • Educate participants and their families on communication strategies and techniques. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided. • Stay current with developments in the field of speech pathology and implement best practices. Qualifications • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. • Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist. • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
