A full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 public school setting located in North Adams, MA, for the current school year on a contract basis. The position involves providing services primarily to students at the elementary level, specifically grades pre-K through 5th grade. Responsibilities include: Conducting speech and language assessments for students Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Providing direct speech and language therapy to students in the caseload Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with school policies Qualifications and skills desired: Certification as an SLP with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in a school-based setting Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders Ability to manage a caseload effectively and maintain detailed records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This contract role requires a full-time commitment throughout the current school year.
