Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the current school year (CSY) with an option for the next school year (NSY) in Yuma, AZ. This role supports K-8 students within a dynamic public school setting, providing critical speech and language interventions to enhance student communication and learning outcomes. Responsibilities include: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8 students. Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support integrated instructional goals. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities. Qualifications and requirements: Valid Arizona SLP licensure. Arizona Educational Certification in Speech-Language Pathology. IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred. Experience working with school-age children (K-8) in a school setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Location: This position is onsite only in Yuma, AZ.
