Speech Language Pathologist

Delaware schools are expanding their speech teams and seeking passionate communication professionals. These openings offer the chance to work closely with students who need support in articulation, language development, fluency, and functional communication.

Role Overview:
Full time school based
Provide individual therapy, small group sessions, and classroom communication support
Conduct informal assessments and participate in eligibility meetings (for SLPs and CFs)
Assist with implementing language enrichment activities (SLPAs)
Collaborate with teachers, paras, psychologists, OTs, and administrators
Document progress and adjust interventions based on student growth
