Job Description

This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position based in Oceanside, CA, supporting elementary school students over the course of the current school year (CSY) on a contracted basis. The role involves working 35 hours per week across two school locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language support services under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists.
  • Assist in implementing individualized speech therapy plans to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with onsite SLPAs and school staff to deliver effective services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one full school year of experience as an SLPA in a school setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational and clinical professionals.
  • Comfort working across two onsite locations as required.
