About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Graduate, Experienced, or Senior Speech Pathologist .
- As a clinician, you’ll provide evidence-based speech pathology services as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- As a senior, you’ll also have the opportunity to mentor graduates and early-career clinicians, driving excellence and innovation across our team.
Importantly, you’ll be supported by our dedicated business support team who take care of all administration , so your energy goes directly into client care. With targets set below the sector average , everything you do contributes to meaningful outcomes rather than unnecessary pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Client Care and Therapy Services
- Conduct assessments across the lifespan.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programs.
- Deliver direct therapy while maintaining an active caseload.
(Senior Clinician scope)
- Mentor and supervise graduate and early-career Speech Pathologists.
- Support professional growth through coaching and clinical guidance.
- Contribute to service development and best practice innovation.
Team & Culture
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of OTs, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Creative Arts Therapists and fellow Speech Pathologists.
- Share your ideas, skills, and motivation to strengthen our collective knowledge and impact.
Essential Criteria
- Passion for achieving high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Drive for clinical excellence and best practice care.
- Commitment to making a positive difference in the community.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
