Your Opportunity: This is your opportunity to be part of an exciting pediatric program that services the communities across the Edmonton Zone. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) working in pediatrics, you will be working both independently & as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will be responsible for addressing communication concerns through activities of assessment, treatment planning, intervention, consultation, education & follow-up. This will be based on the child's individualized goals with outcomes focused on enabling the child to perform & participate functionally in their community environments including home, daycares, & recreational areas to name a few. Using a client & family centered approach, you will provide clinical direction to the child, their families, therapy assistants & support persons identified as potential agents of change in the child’s life.
