Job Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for providing speech-language pathology services to a pediatric population, from infant through adolescence/young adulthood. Performs evaluation, program planning, and treatment of patients in the areas of speech, language, cognitive communication, voice, feeding, and swallowing, specific to age and developmental/functional level determined by assessment.

Education

  • Masters Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university. (Required)
  • Experience
  • Pediatric experience (Preferred)
  • MBS experience (Preferred)
  • Certifications
  • Current AZ Department of Health Services license, prior to start date. (Required)
  • Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association, prior to start date. (Required)
  • Current ASHA certification or in clinical fellowship year (CFY), prior to start date. (Required)
