We’re looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist Team Leader to join our team in Queensland!

What You’ll Do

• Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team through supervision, mentoring, report reviews, and professional development within the NDIS sector.
• Support quality service standards and evidence‑based practice.
• Drive service innovation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Diverse Caseload: Manage a smaller, varied caseload while delivering high‑quality clinical support in the community.
• Remote Role: Work from home and in the community anywhere around Queensland.
