Job Description

This full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position supports students in a K-12 educational setting. The role spans the academic school year, from August 11th through May 21st, providing specialized assistance to enhance students' communication skills under the supervision of licensed speech-language pathologists.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized therapy plans, monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with classroom teachers and therapists to create a supportive learning environment. Caseload preferences will be taken into account to best match your expertise and interests.

Key Qualifications: Valid SLPA certification with experience in school-based settings preferred Familiarity with K-12 educational speech therapy protocols and goals Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to student growth and confidentiality
