We are looking for a Speech Pathologist with proven leadership experience to join our Penrith team and support clinicians across Western Sydney .

In this role you will:

• Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
• Support graduate and early career Speech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
• Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
• Manage your own caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services
