Job Purpose: The Speed Boat Captain is responsible for operating and navigating the company’s speed boats safely and efficiently, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests while maintaining full compliance with maritime safety standards and company operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Operate the speed boat for charters, water sports, or guest transfers in accordance with UAE maritime laws and company policies.

Conduct thorough pre-departure and post-trip inspections of the vessel to ensure all systems, safety equipment, and engines are in optimal condition.

Ensure the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of the boat at all times.

Safely embark and disembark guests, providing clear safety briefings and instructions.

Maintain detailed logs for fuel usage, maintenance, and daily operations.
