Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
" Develop and maintain instrumentation data in SPI, including Specification Sheets, Loop Drawings,
Wiring Drawings, Hook-ups, Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules.
" Prepare As-Built Instrumentation Data and ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
" Create and manage Loops, Instruments, Panels, and Cables within SPI.
" Allocate I/O and configure various field instruments.
" Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and client
requirements.
Required Skills & Expertise:
" Proven expertise in SmartPlant Instrumentation as an Engineer/Designer.
" Strong knowledge of Loop Diagrams, Specifications, Hook-ups, Instrument Index, Process Data
Module.
" Familiarity with various field instruments and I/O allocation.
" Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
" Experience in customization of Specification templates, Symbol libraries, Loop drawing templates,
Hook-up templates.
" Ability to import data from Excel & Access into SPI.
