Starting Rate: $20 per hour 

Bilinski’s Sausage Mfg. Co. is seeking an experienced food manufacturing employee for our spice weighing and blending operations in Cohoes, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Weighing out spices according to recipes in a timely manner to support daily operations of the kitchen
- Maintaining spices on a FIFO basis
- Completing necessary batch paperwork with accuracy for each batch
- Maintain proper identification on all ingredients
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly spice room environment following company policies
- Conduct a weekly rotating spice inventory by Friday of each week
