**ROLE**
Splunkでは東京で活躍するパートナーソリューションズエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、必要な情熱、スキル、経験に加えて、高業績組織の構築と管理における実績が求められます。成長を続けるチームの一員として、当社の収益の大部分を占める重要な役割を担っていただきます。
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ 営業プロセスの技術評価段階を積極的に推進・リードし、営業／チャネルチームと連携して、当社の製品やサービスの主要な技術アドバイザー兼提唱者として活動
+ 当社の技術、機能、ソリューション、アプリケーションに関するお客様からの技術的な質問に答えるとともに、当社の技術や製品の位置づけをビジネスユーザーと技術ユーザーの両方に明確に説明
+ 販売サイクルを通じて、お客様の技術スタッフ、リーダー、経営陣と強い関係を築き、維持する
+ ウェブコンテンツの開発および拡大、マーケティングや営業と連携したサービスの価値提案、資料、営業手法の改善
+ オンサイト、ウェビナーセッションによる遠隔操作、コンファレンスやトレードショーなどのフィールドイベントで、パートナー企業様に製品やサービスを紹介
**REQUIREMENTS**
+ 5年以上の大手企業へのプリセールス／セールスエンジニアの経験をお持ちの方
+ パートナービジネスへの理解
+ プレゼンテーション、デモンストレーション、技術的な営業活動の経験をお持ちの方、また、お客様の技術者や幹部に対して当社製品を紹介し、販売することができる方
+ クラウドやサブスクリプションビジネスの経験をお持ちの方（優遇）
+ セキュリティ業界の知識、経験をお持ちの方（セキュリティソリューション提案の経験があれば尚可）
+ 優れた対人能力、文章能力、プレゼンテーション能力を有する方
+ リーダーシップを持ち、お客様の成功のために尽力し、会社に貢献することができる方
+ 新しいことを学ぶ意欲があり、困難を乗り越えることに楽しみを感じる方
+ 目標の超過達成に成功した実績がある方
+ マシンデータのロギングと分析技術プロセスおよびツールに関する有効な知識をお持ちの方
+ ネイティブレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力を有する方
+ 会話レベルの英語力歓迎
