β£ Drive business expansion for Eletsβ conferences, knowledge platforms, research reports, and digital initiatives
β£ Engage with CXOs, Marketing Heads, Government officials, and senior decision-makers
β£ Identify opportunities with IT companies, consulting firms, PSU organisations, startups, and solution providers
β£ Manage end-to-end deal cycles β from first conversation to closure
β£ Work closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to create compelling proposals
β£ Maintain a strong pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth

β£ Experience in B2 B business development, partnerships, sponsorships, or enterprise outreach
β£ Comfortable speaking with senior leadership and government stakeholders
β£ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
β£ Experience in events, media, Saa S, consulting, IT, or government ecosystem is a plus
β£ Self-driven, target-oriented, and excited by fast-paced environments
β£ Work with top government departments, global tech brands, and industry leaders
β£ Be part of high-impact national and international conferences
β£ Learn the Gov Tech, BFSI, AI, and Digital India ecosystem from the inside
β£ Clear growth path linked to performance and leadership potential
