Sports Operations Analyst

Overview of the role

We have an exciting opportunity within our International Operations team for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and enjoys building strong relationships. Reporting to the Team Lead for Operations (based in Dublin), you will join a close-knit team of 5 people, part of a wider team of 11, all passionate about sports and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work with the overnight Operations team during late evening shifts (local time in Brazil), handling operational activities such as resolving trading‑related support escalations, addressing issues, performing content checks, and reviewing on‑site content. A hybrid working model is available at Flutter International, recognising that individual circumstances and needs may vary.
