Salary £29,250 to £39,000 DOE + OT Paid at a Premium
Working Hours: Rotating shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 06:00 (rotating weekly) or static shifts available 06:00 to 14:00 or 14:00 to 22:00
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Spray Operator to join a busy and well established manufacturing operation in Coventry on a permanent basis. The Spray Operator will take responsibility for the full coating process, ensuring all components meet the required standards for appearance and corrosion protection.
In this role, the Spray Operator will operate high volume low pressure (HVLP) spray guns with an automated paint feed system on a moving track, manually coating a range of metal components in line with customer specifications. You will manage the complete spraying process from initial set up through to final clean down.
