Job Description


BSU’s Fitness Center is available to currently enrolled BSU students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

The Fitness Center’s Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Handling all aspects of membership registrations, sales and inquiries while preventing unauthorized access into the Thornburg Fitness Center

  • Recording usage data and perform light cleaning of floors and equipment

  • Monitoring fitness center and weight-room activity and enforce policies, including but not limited to ensure proper reservations by members

  • Enforcing all traffic flow patterns

  • Conducting regular cleaning and sanitizing duties
