Job Description


The Pride Center at Bridgewater State University is to support LGBTQIA+ students and their peers, and to foster a campus climate of inclusion and equity.

Pride Center Peer Liaisons will set the tone for the daily activities in the Pride Center, along with gatherings and events. They welcome visitors/attendees and ensure that all visitors/attendees are included and feel safe and respected while attending programs and events hosted by the Center.

Peer Liaisons will also:
  • connect student visitors/attendees to Pride Center and other campus resources as appropriate

  • host and promote Pride Center gatherings, meetings, and events as approved by the director

  • other duties as assigned
