Job Description
We are seeking a Sprinklr Developer who will design, configure, and maintain Sprinklr solutions across engagement, care, and marketing functions. This role will play a critical part in enabling Etihad to deliver seamless, personalized, and data-driven customer experiences.

+ Configure and optimize Sprinklr modules (Social Listening, Care,) to support Etihad’s digital customer experience strategy
+ Develop workflows, automation, rules, and dashboards to improve service quality and customer engagement across channels
