As a Managed Services Consultant, you will be responsible for driving client success through strategic configuration and optimization of the Sprinklr Customer Experience Management (CXM) platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform delivers maximum value, remains aligned with evolving business needs, and supports long-term client engagement.
