<p>Job Summary:<br/><br/>- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.<br/><br/>- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage risks, stakeholders, and project execution across the full project lifecycle.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined scope, schedule, and budget<br/><br/>- Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource plans<br/><br/>- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders<br/><br/>- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies<br/><br/>- Track progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and quality standards<br/><br/>- Facilitate Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies as applicable<br/><br/>- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation<br/><br/>- Conduct project reviews, retrospectives, and lessons learned<br/><br/>- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and successful project outcomes<br/><br/>Required Skills & Qualifications:<br/><br/>- Proven experience as a Project Manager<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)<br/><br/>- Experience using project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)<br/><br/>- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams<br/><br/>- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
