We are hiring Machine Operators to join our facilities in the Grand Rapids area. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers by efficiently and accurately producing custom-ordered office furniture to our customers. You would be joining a tight-knit team of dedicated individuals working to achieve business goals.
What You Will Be Doing:
Supports various machines through the set-up, installation, and removal of dies, jigs, rollers, and fixtures that includes the following machines: BAZ, CNC, Edge Banders and HPL Presses. Jobs where the average training time for a qualified operator is 9 months or longer. Set-ups must result in parts that meet required specifications. Must be able to regularly complete the required number of set-ups as established by management, including first piece part quality checks to required specifications.
