Your Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant to create vision at segment and Area level.
  • Enabling all Schaeffler Pune employees to act as self responsible Lean leader to identify the waste and defect in the process.
  • Eliminate or Reduce, waste & Defect by using lean Method & tools and methods to satisfy internal and external customer
  • Expertise in Handling of Lean Methods & tools like VSM, SMED, TPM, Flow Production, Internal Logistics , Hoshin Kanri, Standard work practice, 5S So on.
  • Aligning Workshops & projects as per the Regional, Plant Road Map and working with internal & external team to achieve the target state.
  • Ensuring Implementation and Sustainability of all Lean improvements through Lean Review process

    • Your Qualifications

  • BE/B. Tech ( Automobile/Mechanical)
  • 6-8 years experience in Automotive bearing, experience in steering/ brakes aggregates from automotive domain .
