Job Description
- The Maintenance trainer at our Stellantis Production Way Academy based in Saltillo, Coahuila, will be responsible for ensuring that the SPW standards and the domain fundamentals are taught and deployed to all levels of our organization within our Mexico manufacturing facilities.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience and expertise specific to our SPW Maintenance methodologies. Additionally, this role will also teach sessions related to SPW Overviews, Leadership training and Quality/Continuous Improvement based process and tools. This role willengage with all levels of the organization from the Plant Manager to the Team Leader to provide training and coaching but also provide direct feedback, validation and assessment scores.
