Job Overview
Position Name: Specialist - SQA - Electrical and Electronics parts
Location: RE - HQ (Chennai)
Reporting to : Team Manager
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech - EEE / ECE / E&I
Required skillset:
- Assuring the Quality of Process, Product being produced at supplier end and validate the final part at the plant until final output.
- Development of Electrical parts as per APQP methodology & as per project milestone deliverables.
- Manufacturing feasibility study based on drawing and supplier processes.
- Has the ability to handle Major Electrical, Electronics and Proprietary parts – PMSM Motor, BLDC Motor, Wire harness, Battery, VCU, Throttle Body, Indicators, Lightings, Relay & Switches etc).
- Understanding of Electrical & electronics failure modes & in-depth Root cause Analysis of electrical issues using DOE & SQC tools for the Line issues, warranty & Field failures.
